In keeping with the requirements of the latest GP contract, all patients registered at Castle Medical Group Practice have now been allocated a Named GP.

As stated in the contract, the named GP will take responsibility for the co-ordination of all appropriate services required under the contract and ensure they are delivered to each of their patients where required.

This will not prevent or restrict you from seeing any other GP or nurse in the Practice.

Please ask at reception for details of your named GP.

If you would prefer to be allocated a particular GP, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preference. Please discuss your requirements with a member of staff.
